INTRODUCTION

The department was established as “Department of Physical Education” in 2019 as no master degree awarding institute was present in interior Sindh and as a first step, a Master’s degree program “Master of Physical Education” (M.P.Ed) two year degree program was introduced. The first batch of this degree program was admitted in 2019. Master in physical education two year degree program was introduced to provide skilled manpower in the field of Physical Education to cater the growing demand in secondary schools, colleges, universities and other national organizations. The department is equipped with required infrastructure of learning in the field of physical education including sports complex having indoor hall for badminton, table tennis, basketball, volleyball and ground for cricket and athletics. In addition, a fitness Centre is also available for fitness exercises for students, employees and officers in both morning and evening timings. This department will be flourishing day by day and would get recognition all over Pakistan when its students will attempt competitive examinations and in the job market of all Provinces and Federal Government. The department possesses a qualified and experienced faculty who are disseminating knowledge, skills and experience to their students.
